Online Marriage Course Registration

Welcome to the online Marriage Preparation course for the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth. Please fill out the form below for registration. You will be taken to a link for the pre-recorded videos. After watching each video, you will be asked to complete a quiz. Upon completing all videos and quizzes, the Office of Marriage and Family Life will issue a certificate of completion. NOTE: PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OUR OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FROM DECEMBER 24TH TO JANUARY 1ST. WE WILL SEND YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION UPON OUR RETURN.
