Cursillo Application

Note for Candidates: Sign-in starts on Thursday at 6:30 pm. You must arrive at the Formation Center accompanied by your sponsor. The Formation Center is located at 2517 Hanna Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76164. The clausura will be on Sunday at 4:00 pm. Please bring your pillow, linens, towel, toiletries. Bring comfortable clothes for the weekend. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact your sponsor.
